Yang Shen received the B.S. degree and the M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the North China University of Technology, Beijing, China. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou), Guangzhou, China. His research interests include the intelligent control of permanent magnet synchronous motors. His personal interests include playing basketball and running.
